New York Stock Exchange

I greeted the New York Stock Exchange, otherwise known as the Big Board, as I walked by. I had always thought of the New York Stock Exchange as a kind of various and abstract concept, but now here I was, walking by it. It looked like a large shoebox. Oh well, I thought, giving up on the whole project of thinking. It looks like the New York Stock Exchange isn't quite what I thought it was. That turned out not to be a problem though, because all of my grandfather's stocks on the NYSE had gone way up and I was due for quite a windfall when he died.
